I am so glad that you finally got what was coming to you. I know what you have gone through. My daughter went through three failed transplants and was put on dialysis before she was given disability. We had to hire an attorney and he took $5000 of her benefits since it was a four year battle. I know she would have given up if I hadn't helped her. Every time she was turned down it was like a slap in the face. It took so much out of her and the whole family. In the end they flea bargained and said if she would settle for less, they would put her claim through, if not they didn't know how long it would take. I guess you can't fight city hall.
