I have tried many different things for FMQ and the best so far is Machingers. They are light weight stretchy gloves with rubberized finger tips. I got the S/M size as they fit snugly on my hand. They are less than $10 a pair. To wash them, I wear them and "wash my hands" and let them dry naturally.
