I use the cheap gardening gloves with the rubber nibs all over them. Get them at the dollar store.

Surely some foam rubber from Clark Rubber( or who ever) would work just as well.

You are all too kind, but I wish I hadn't spent the money on the Batt Scooters. Those of you who are going to try the Nerf ball cut in half will probably like it. I will try the scooters again, but I'm pretty much addicted to my gloves. Good point though about having to take them off and on. Thread scraps stick to my gloves and I have to stop every now and then and clean up. Ah, if this were the only glitch in life wouldn't it be great? Anyway, if this helps out anyone who was thinking of purchasing them then I'm glad I shared my thoughts.

The first thing I thought of when I looked at them was mouse pads. It looks like the back side only a little thicker. Could you cut a pad into 4 pieces or more and stack them together with rubber cement or even staple them together to make them thick. The nerf ball sounds like a good idea because of the ease in grasping them.

I think you're on to something. You could call them Misseva's Movers and make a gazillion dollars. Then I could say I knew you before you were a gazillionaire.

I never even heard of these items, but I think all of your ideas are very clever too.
