I have a long arm quilting business so I quilt alot of my quilts. Sometimes depending on the quilt I just think they look better if the are tied. Even though I can quilt I still tie just so they have a certain look to them. Besides nothing says made with love more than a tied quilt. It looks old fashion and all hand made. I made one for my Mom for Christmas that way it turned out great.
