I am working on the Christmas wreath for my first little twister project. The cutting was frustrating! for sure! Mine were so ragged on some of the edges that I ended up squaring them with a 3 1/2" ruler before sewing together. The problem seemed to be that the little twister was too high off the fabric. I had wondered about the pencil/scissors method and may try that next time. Also, as someone mentioned, practice may be all I need!
