i moderate a local recycle board..it can be awesome.
i only do porch pickups..thier name gets put on the bag or item, and it sits there,waiting for them to pick it up. if it does not get picked up when they said they would be there, i go down to the next person who requested it..
i also keep a list of "no-shows",and state on the bottom of the original "offer" post that "no shows" will not be considered.
