I also feel that as a designer the amount of money I receive for my design is way to small for the work put into it. The design has restrictions for the designer as well. Either you lose the rights to your design forever or you have to wait a certain amount of time before you can publish the pattern. It stinks![/quote]
Sounds like the magazines need a big overhaul from points of view from a lot of different sides. If they don't treat their designers right they are sure going to be up the creek w/out a paddle.
