We always use Sweet Oil for ear problems. Warm it first and use an eyedropper to put just a little in the ear. You may want to put some cotton just inside the ear afterwards. Sweet Oil comes in a very small bottle and you can get it in the health and Beauty Department at Walmart. Check pharmacy area in other stores. My Mom's Mom used it when she was little and it has always worked for us. I hope he gets to feeling better.
Mom always used Sweet Oil for any of our ear problems. Always felt good to use. I had forgotten about this until now. THanks for the memory. Question: could he have a sinus problem?
