I can so sympath ize with you. I had to put my stinky (cat) down on friday night. With all of this snow the cars couldn't see him (he is an inside/outside cat) and he came home so injured there wasn't any other choice. I still look for him, and miss my quilting table buddy. These fur babies take a piece of your heart from the minute you look in their eyes and "they adopt you". But I wouldn't give up the opportunity to be loved by them.
