I used to breed persian cats- yes, white ones. They got stains on their paws from grooming, and of course around their eyes. I used a combination of perixide, baking soda and toothpaste(colgate) and made a paste. You leave it on till it dries and brush out. Be careful around the eyes. It takes about three applications, but really works well.
