I hope you get this resolved to your satisfaction. I had my Pfaff serviced on Jan. 18 and am having a problem with it and can't sew anything at all. I'll call tomorrow and hope he can take care of it over the phone because he is three hours away one way. For 14 years I had no problems and now twice in less than two months. I would definitely mention the attitude his daughter gave you over the phone. I'm pretty sure he wouldn't approve. Not too many customers would put up with that type of service.
