any suggestions on quilting this? I'm hoping to start today. I would have liked to have done it by hand , but I don't have time. If I did it by hand I would have done each of the individual diamonds , outlining the shape , and the solid diamonds would have a smaller diamond in the center. But I can't take that much time to do it . I'm not sure stitching in the ditch (cross hatch ) would look very good. I know I don't want a stipple all over effect.
I thought maybe doing the big diamond pattern , but that isn't enough . Any ideas ????
