Cymbalta is a bad idea for diabetics as it is known to cause high blood sugar! Lidoderm patches are great but not sure you can use them on your feet very practically. Lyrica may help - I know they use it for patients that have
neuropathy after back surgery, but not sure if it works as well for diabetic neuropathy. Hope you find a good solution for your problem.
