Sweety, If you are not using old threadbare sheets(that dissolve the first time the quilt is washed), bits and pieces of fabric from other non-cotton projects, double knit polyester, and fake fur, it will be much better than my first ever quilt! Keep stitching! You will be surprised at how well you will do. Keep in mind that those other quilters have been working much longer than you, and they made their mistakes also, ask them.
