I just ordered this pressure cooker, and then afterward thought WHY? I've never had a pressure cooker and a little leary of using one. what recipes do you like in yours? I'm so new to this kind of cooking any advice would be helpful. The thought was fast cooking on those hectic days, so I could spend more time in the craft room----I hope. I do have a crock pot and use that often, but thought this would be useful. GIve me your thoughts.
