Does yours come with a cookbook? If not, there are some out there and they are very helpful for ideas. Which one did you order?
I ordered the Living Well Montel Williams 5-qt. pressure cooker. It does come with a cookbook which will help somewhat, but then there is those yummy recipes of your own that I would like to incoporate into this fast cooking. And wondering if it's gonna effect the texture or the presentation on the table. That's another question I had with this appliance.
As a rule, I wouldn't expect a problem. Expect similar look and texture as if you were using a slow cooker, only it's fast.
