I have two. Could not live without mine :lol: Beef roast, sear it in the bottom to brown, season, add recommended water , pressure (check recommended time for yours) 25 min. Fork tender.Cook my carrot & potatoes & onion in the other 2 1/2 min. perfection. Roast, carrots& potatoes in under 30 minutes.yeah. :D
