Info I include is the same as the other gals. Sometimes I use a pre printed fabrric label but often I use a plain piece of fabric that goes nicely with the backing and write on it with Permanent Color Pens, then heat set the writting. I machine stitch 2 sides of the label to a quilt corner, stitching will be covered when I turn the binding back, I feel it keeps the label attached to the quilt through washings and wear and tear. I hand stitch the 2 other sides down. May in Jersey
