We have a hot tub. We absolutely love it. We live on a lake in the northeast so we have snow a lot. There's nothing like being out in the hot tub when it's very cold outside. In the summer, we lower the temp to around 90 and the grandkids love using it as their own little swimming pool.
A friend of ours has a whirlpool tub and has offered for us to use it whenever we want (it's in her summer home). The only stipulation was we had to clean the tub after because it's such a pain to clean.
