make sure that the jets are adjustable (the direction they point and intensity). I had one and the jets seemed to hit all my trigger spots and were so strong I couldn't use it. I also have fibro but hot water makes me itch and chlorine in the outside hot tub also caused flare-up. Good Luck!... D
