Ditter, We had a hot tub when we lived in Michigan, it was too big, but we loved it! Friends have a small one, 2 people only, just outside their sliding glass doors and love it! We had a cast iron tub when we lived in Florida, loved it because it was comfortable enought to slide my body down in comfortably and soak. I've heard that the soaking tubs are great too! Don't make the water too hot!
