I was given an easy in the pan pie crust. and if you want a top crust mix the dough and place between 2 sheets of wax paper.
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup of oil ( I use canola)
3 Tablespoons of milk ( I use 1/2 & 1/2
It taste lake an old fashion lard crust and is very flakey.
Have never had one not turn out yet.
