I love to cook a combination of all of the greens together. It gives you a mixture of flavors. I start with a large onion, about 3-5 cloves of garlic and some bacon grease for breakfast along with enough water to cover the greens. Bring to a boil and then turn down to low heat and simmer til they are tender. About half way through the cook time I add a splash of apple cider vineger (this cuts some of the bitter taste that some greens have) and let it finish cooking. My grandmother use to add small red potaotes as well
