Don't leave out the red pepper flakes- they are important!
You definitely will love that them and they are even healthy. Don't forget to make some cornbread muffins to put in the bottom of your bowl to get all those nutritious juices! Kale - try food network Rachel Ray uses it a lot. Bok choy - saute one onion in olive oil until soft, add 1-2 cloves garlic and then the chopped bok choy and cook til soft.
