At a Chicago show about 6 yrs ago. Rowenta was across the aisle from the booth I was working in. Many big dudes from headquarters were there and they were giving away irons each day. So one day I went over to the Nat Sales Director and ask him if he knew of the problems qulters were having with his iron. He looked at me like I was an Idiot and said "we have never had any complaints about our irons". So quilters....start giving them your complaints. It might not do any good but at least they will get the letter. Write, email, or do both.
