Thanks for the reply. There is a machine repairman near, but he really doesn't work on computerized machines. Anywhere else I know of is about 1.5 hours away...I was considering having the machine serviced, but my husband said it wasn't worth it. lol. I may have to check the shop out that I have in mind and just see about a quote on fixing the SE-270D while I'm there checking out what they have. ;) I know for sure they carry Husqvarna.
