just what is the problem with the machine.....is the needle bent?.....they say that is the first thing to go....and they do been easy .....Have you tried a new needle.....what brand is your machine ...sometimes the money is better spent on a tune up....they put new parts were need be and clean and oil set the timing......Oh make sure the foot is always down...it will throw the timeing off......but some machines are lemons...good luck on getting it fixed regardless
