I sewed on my Mom's Singer treadle machine when I was 6 yrs old. I had to sew my own clothes with it. It was so fun to race the treadle and was good exersize while sewing. After I got married I purchased a Viking sewing machine that was stolen from my car. I replaced it with Simplisty and that didn't last long as it broke down. I purchased a Babylock and that is the one I sewed on for many years until this year when I hit a pin and it recked the machine. I only have my old Singer 66 industrial sewer that works and I purchased it at The Good Will. I am getting a new Singer when I get the money put together.
