If I'd had it a long time ago I'd not had all the rulers but I do use when not at home (the Rulers)

I am disabled with the use of 1 hand/arm. I have this same problem with the ruler moving. I have been trying to find a used altos quiltcut for about 6 months. Even a used one asking price is 150 plus the cost of shipping. I can't afford that. I use sand paper dots, and the film. Okay but still slips. I also use an old iron (with the cord cut off) to weigh down ruler.
