Hi! I know its not very sturdy as cutting tables are but have you tried a tv table. You might have trouble where the legs are and your wheelchair. Have seen some that don't have the criss-cross leg so that the tray can be bought up to the person sitting in chair, almost looks like a hospital bedtable. That's another idea, sometimes you can find the bedtables at thrift stores. It would be alot sturdier than a tv tray!
