So I've never had the guts to use one.
But her dinner was done so quickly and everything was so tender that I'm trying to talk myself into getting one and trying it too.
Does anyone here use one?
Do you have to change your recipes at all?
I have my Mom's and I bought one years ago and canned a lot of our garden produce. Freezer usually had meat in it, we live on a farm and at that time butchered our own beef. I still use mine, actually bought a small version for making meals, I seem to fluctuate between pressure cooking (when I've quilted too long and husband is looking dangerously hungry )or slow cooker cooking for when I have planned ahead! The object...more quilting time of course. LOL
