Thank you all for your thougths and prayers. We are fine. The earthquake hit Misawa at a level 4. The house was shaking like a leaf, but no structual damage. Japanese sure know how to build houses for earthquakes. Inside we had a few items broken, but the main thing we are okay. Had no power, no phones, no internet, no heat or hot water for three days. Sleeping at 45F at night is no fun. We still have strong aftershocks and I hope the power will stay on.
