I shop on ebay by designer, fat quarters, yardage, color, etc. I may have to do several in a row but I usually find what I need.
Also in reference to shipping I have been known to email a seller and ask if there is cheaper shipping. Alot of times they put the priority mail rate on their ad and I will tell them I prefer a cheaper rate and they mostly accommodate me.
I also check out the ratings on a seller before I buy from them.
