My local quilt guild, amazing civil war quilts. the friendship quilt that lasted, even the names! 150 years ! Who knew ! The ink at the time could have been the ink sold for quilt fabrics. That was available at the time.
The pens that are sold at JoAnns or any quilt shop, as long as it is for fabric, and permanent.
