I planted lettuce about ten days ago and it's just beginning to show green. Today I put out onion sets for sweet onions but, even though it's very warm and inviting outside (about 72) we probably have one or two late freezes still ahead so it doesn't pay to plant a lot of stuff here before mid-April.
