Hey, this may be fate. Maybe you will find some gorgeous hankies and make something more beautiful than you ever imagined initially. Life is short and your niece will appreciate whatever you make. How about a couple of photos ironed on the quilt (maybe the relatives wedding photos) or a quote about marriage. There's lots of good ideas. Best of luck moving forward!!
