Yes, you can give your dog aspirin ONLY - no tylenol or ibuprofen - I give my 25lb dog an 81mg aspirin (baby) - also can give dogs benadryl - my dog got hives one time - covered every square inch of his body - I was freaking out because we are at least an hour away from any vet - they told me to give him benadryl and within 20 mins he was back to normal - good for people too so I always keep aspirin and benadryl in the house and car.
