My attorney suggested that we draw up a separate sheet of paper with bequests that are not included in the wills. That way you can change that info without redrawing wills. It is to be left with the wills, but you can specify individual bequests or I suppose, even blanket beguests...all my quilting supplies go to whoever. We are in the process of signing new wills...got to figure out where the quilting stuff belongs. No kids and niece and nephews not really interested.
