If I understand correctly, they are already hand quilted and you just want to join them together into a completed quilt, right?
To do that if I was thinking they may ont line up exactly, I would use the same method as for other quilt as you go blocks. You use a strip of fabric in the front and one on the back. Have you ever done that type of joining before? There are books on how to do it, if you have not.
