Hi Connie, good for you! I use sugar in my tea ...everyday I add 4 pts for 3 cups of tea per day for the sugar, its 1 pt for 1 tbsp and 3 pts for a cup of l% milk. Watch the diet soda because even though its no sugar or points, the sweetness does make you crave more sweetness. I drink Crystal light iced tea but alternate it with plain water.
