I've been thinking about this & how to respond. The hardest part is learning to track what you eat. WW has changed the program so that most veggies & fruit is zero points. Give it a try.

WW assigns points to stuff so that you can track not only what you eat but how much you eat. If you are on the computer, you can use the on-line stuff. They also offer a weekly mini-diary that fits easily into a purse.

Pizza is one of the hardest to make point friendly but I found something new to me at the grocery store and experimented.
I bought Artisan Ovens original flatbreads made by Arnold, put some sauce on it with some veggie topping and low fat mozzarella cheese (I used WW because I had it in the frig) Baked it on a cookie sheet at 450* for approx 7-10 min. It was very good and with a salad it was a good meal.

I go weigh in tomorrow, and I hope I have not gained weight. I have watched my points, but not sure how I have done. Sunday's are hard for me.

One slice of cake will not make you gain weight even if you had ice cream with it. Just get back on program with the next meal and keep on tracking!

Some weeks you don't lose weight not matter how 'good' you've been. That's perfectly normal, don't get discouraged.

For those doing WW online........do you get any of the materials you would get by going to the meetings? I am wondering how difficult it would be to have to look something up online instead of having a booklet to carry with you. I am not sure how it works online. I used to do the WW before they had the Points System and you had to exchange food groups. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
