Usually I just buy the C&C machine quilting spools at Wal-Mart but went over to Hancocks today to buy a bunch of $.99 FQs and seen this 100% cotton variagated thread on sale 1/2 off. I am gonna use it in the top shown as I think it will blend well. Soo, I have a few questions..
1) Can I use my normal quilting thread for the bobbins?
2) What is everyones experience with this brand? Any problems I should be aware of?
Oh, I LOVE that thread. I just bought a bunch of it for my long arm half price at Joanns. My dealer says its great for long arms. I love Gutermann thread. The variegated thread looks so cool in free motion quilting (FMQ). I use it in both, bobbin and top thread. The only problem I can think of is that you will be tempted to go buy more. :roll: :roll:
