Actually Aldi in our area does the same thing. I don't mind it because then I don't have abuggy that is left in the parking area that can run into my car or someone else's car or take up a parking space. I can see them doing it in bigger metropolitan areas if they have a lot of homeless people that would take them to use as their means of transporting their wordly possessions. So I really don't mind this.
