Perhaps even staff that are quilters themselves and love to brag about their current projects and are genuinely interested in what the customer is making...maybe even staff that come out of the backroom when a customer comes in the door. How about staff that are knowledgeable? What about staff that are not constantly gossiping about other customers?
Needless to say, I don't frequent the above store anymore!
