It's called Low Dose Naltrexone, and I have been taking it for my RA for 3+ months. I stopped taking my Remicade and Methotrexate in January, and I haven't been back to the Rheumatologist or gone back to any other meds since I started the LDN.

I was taking 800 mg ibuprophen 2x/day for over 4 months for the pain, and the side effects of my RA drugs were just about as bad as the RA itself. 4 days after I started the LDN I woke up pain free.

Can you believe it??? Yes, you can. I am one of you, and there is no reason for me to lie about this.

Look at the website: www.lowdosenaltrexone.org

There are hundreds or thousands of people around the world trying this drug for their auto immune diseases, as well as other diseases. It really helps with pain of any sort.

Miracle of miracles---my Rheumatoid Factor measure is down to 66 from 127. Anyone with RA knows about this measure. All of my inflammation, stiffness, fatigue are gone.

This is a FDA approved drug prescribed in a lower dose than normal. Talk to your primary care physician about it...most of the specialists won't even consider it because it takes money out of their pockets.

I see so many of you on here talking about your illnesses, and yes, I am one of you. I urge you to try it. I now know several people on it, and they are all so happy they tried it, as it has brought them relief from their symptoms.
