The absolutely best and easiest clothesline to install and use is the large heavy duty umbrella folding one made by Hills. The deluxe model will hold six loads of wash. I can hardly get my lines full before the first load is dry. It comes prestrung, has a crank handle to raise and lower it and can be brought inside for the winter. It is massive and sturdy and much stronger than a regular umbrella clothesline. The only installation required is a hole dug to cement in the in ground tube that the post gets inserted into when putting it up. I've had mine for twenty years and am just now needed to restring it and I've left mine out all winter in Canada! Can you tell that I love this clothes line? They are available in the USA because I first saw them at the Kentuckey Farm Show.
