HI I am going to be 77 this year and I to wonder what I will do with all the quilts I have made. I am sure when I am gone the children and grandchildren will want them. Right now they are in to a more modern mode. I feel some quilters are like poets " more appreciated when we are gone" LOL
I have decided to just keep on quilting to keep my mind going and spend my time doing something I enjoy. I am now trying to use up my fabric by making a scrappy quilt.I am more of a project shopper than a stash builder, always have been. Every time I come on this board I see something I want to make or try , It makes you feel like you will have to live forever.
I also just like to be here it keeps me motivated and I look forward just coming on to read and check things out. Kind of like being with a group of friends that have a mutual interest.
Whew I am talkative this early in the morning.
