Tecnu has a wash that you can use right away if you are ever exposed again. It has to be used within a certain amount of time from contact. Then they have a liquid to help dry it up. Works great. It's the best thing I've found.

Tecnu is sold at Walgreens so should be available at the other drug chains. Don't know about Walmart, but they carry everything else in creation so they probably have it, too. It's not very expensive and is made for poison ivy/sumac/oak. I hope you get better soon. I had poison sumac and was not a happy camper for a while...literally.
