For my raggy quilts, I charge $75 for a twin size, but that includes the fabrics. I would say at least $50 since you bought more fabric & the batting.
As for charging family membrers. I have to add my two cents. I feel like it's not our business to judge whether we charge for our quilts or not. Some of us are on fixed incomes and can't afford to give away our quilts. I'm not saying this to hurt anyone's feelings; it's just my own opinion. After I said this, I have to say that I make quilts for my kids and DH, never extended family. I don't charge my kids, but would charge extended family.
