I have used this product a couple of times. I saw a demo on it and they made the top of a cupcake out of it. The cupcake was a pin cushion. Very cute. I make a baby quilt for my first great grandson using a 9 patch and a plain white block. On the plain block I appliqued different boy items such as airplane, fire engine, dinasour, lizard. I made the dinasour out of a dark green and used texture magic on the body of it. It really added interest to the quilt and made the dino pop. Sorry I don't have pictures. I don't think it is made out of plastic it feels like a nylon product. I have seen it used on the flap of a purse. I think it is a neat way to add interest where it is used without a ton of extra work.
